OPTICAL AFFAIRS - SERIES 4001
Series 4001- a true icon in eyewear history - first gained fame when a very young Kate Moss wore it during her debut photo shoot for a major fashion publication in 1992. At the height of minimalism, it quickly became a favorite among international Vogue editors and a defining piece of the era. Over the decades, countless reinterpretations have surfaced, but this is the original: crafted in Austria in 1991, rich tortoise acetate with green gradient lenses, and in impeccable condition. Adorned with a gold-plated embellishment, seamlessly inlaid into the acetate front - a detail that speaks to refined craftsmanship. Only five pieces were created exclusively for a VIP client at that time (no names, of course). The factory produced six in total. This is the final one we curated for over 3 decades.Haute couture, in eyewear form.
Make a statement with an iconic pair of vintage sunglasses - timeless style for summer 2025 and beyond.
